The gold chain detail on this dress instantly took me back to the early 90’s. It looks like it could be vintage but it is actually current. The dress is by Trina Turk which I purchased at Century 21 here in NYC.
This dress is not my size at all, but I liked it so much that I didn’t care if it was a bit big on me. I liked the “mod” feel of it so I couldn’t pass it up.
Also the price was pretty unbelievable. This dress retails for $248.00 dollars but I scored it for $17.00 which is 93% off!
Since the dress is so busy I didn’t add any accessories but I wanted to make sure my shoes had an edge. 
So I bought my BCBG booties out to add that extra flair. I could definitely wear this dress for a night out on the town or even pair it with cute flats or sandals for a casual look.
