When New York Fashion Week comes into town, you know summer is finally coming to an end. It was a great one for sure, but I think I am somewhat ready for fall. I happen to have one more vacation lined up before I say goodbye to summer for a while. This outfit of day was definitely inspired by one of my favorite shows Sex in the City. Instead of using that name as the title of this post I decided to go with the name Summer in the City. This bohemian look instantly made me feel like Miss Carrie Bradshaw. I love how it is so chic yet effortless. I can easily transition this look for early fall as well , by just simply adding a jacket or blazer. Here are the details of my look.
Jumpsuit: I bought this jumpsuit from Century 21 Stores here in NYC. It was on sale for only $16 dollars in perfect condition. This lace cream color number can be dressed down or dressed up. I decided to pair it open toe sandals.
Shoes: These nude open toe heels I actually bought from a store called Primadonna here in NYC. It is a little boutique that carries cute stuff at a great price point. For these babies I only paid $20!
Makeup: I did my makeup myself. I kept it really simple just a nude lip from MAC. Not too sure of the exact color since the name rubbed off.
Accessories: I added a silver bangle which I got as a gift. It went perfect with my diamond stud earrings.
Hair: I kept my hair natural. Just washed it and left it in its curly state.
