Lady in Red

It has been awhile since I did an outfit of the day post. This was a last minute shoot that was actually in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn.This winter has been so cold and snowy that I haven’t really been dressing as fancy as I normally would. However, I finally had the time throw this look together. Although it was still very cold I still made it work.

 Let’s start with the outfit details shall we. My black wool Calvin Klein coat makes a brief appearance in this post,; I had it for years.

The red dress is from Asos.com the tall collection. The material is a jersey knit so it hugs to the body just right.

My necklace was a gift from the store Lalia Rowe a boutique here in NYC. I love this statement necklace because it instantly adds glam to any outfit of my choosing. Last but not least I paired it with my black Christian Louboutins; the red bottoms make the dress pop even more.
