Balmain Inspired

As promised, here is my first outfit of the day post of the New Year. I did this post in Poconos, PA while visiting my family over the weekend. It snowed overnight there so I thought it would be nice to have the snow as a backdrop to really make my all black everything look pop.

The main attraction to this outfit is the blazer jacket which I purchased from missguidedus.com way back in November. The gold buttons is what I feel make this blazer/jacket so luxe.

When I saw this jacket I instantly thought of the Balmain jacket that Kim Kardashian was sporting this past season.

It looks almost identical and the price point is of course way better. I love that this piece can be worn so many different ways. You can dress it up & dress it down depending on what mood you are in. Although it is not real leather the quality and detailing is great.

Next are my black high waist Levi skinny jeans! I absolutely love Levi denim! It fits so well on my tall hippy frame. I paired it with a basic HM black tank to go underneath the blazer.

Lastly, I borrowed my sister’s black Steve Madden knee high leather gold chain boots to complete the look. Thank goodness we all wear the same size LOL.
