  1. Do Dress festive! You want to make sure you are there to dress to impress. Think sparkle and shine. Remember there is a thin line from being sexy and showing too much. You’re amongst your coworkers and want to still represent your company in the best way possible.sparkle
  2. Don’t’talk about work! The last thing you want to do is discuss the job when you’re at an office party. This is the time to get to know your coworkers on a different level.NYT2010072116005415C
  3.  Do have fun! If there is a dance floor with a DJ then most likely you should dance. Mingle with people outside of your office clique who you don’t usually speak to on a daily basis.elle-rihanna-x0IBnA-de
  4. Do not over drink! It is good to have fun but don’t over do it. Know your limits when it comes to consuming alcohol. You always want to be the best version of yourself. Don’t become that person who got wasted at the Holiday party who had to be carried out and put into a cab!pink-punk-cosmo-martini
  5. Do bring a date if you are able to. Even if it is just a friend it is nice to have someone other than your co workers there with you to have good time.

  6. Last but not least… Show up. Even if you can’t stay the entire time, Make your rounds and say hello to everyone stay at least an hour then you can leave if you have to. You want to show that your team player outside of the work environment.
